❧ TERMS OF SERVICE

🔸 All commissions accepted under these terms are exclusively for PERSONAL USE. The client may not claim ownership of the illustration, sell it, or distribute it for commercial purposes. If a commercial commission is desired, the price and terms of use will be negotiated.

🔸 All intellectual property rights to the original illustration belong to me.

🔸 I only take digital commissions. No physical items will be shipped.

🔸 I keep the right to share commissioned pieces on my website and social media.

🔸 I DO NOT emulate other artists’s art style or official art styles.

🔸 I keep the right to decline any commission request.

Themes I draw:

✔ SFW
✔ Nudity
✔ NSFW Erotica (soft and explicit): Het/MxF, Yaoi/MxM, Yuri/FxF
✔ Slight blood and wounds
✔ Furry
✔ Fanart
✔ OCs

Themes I do NOT draw:
✘ Loli/Shota, nude and NSFW involving visually underage characters.
✘ Gore, Ero-guro
✘ Mecha, tech
✘ Monsters
✘ Realistic style
✘ Related to Inuyasha/FMA/LOZ I do not draw: Sesskag/sesshome, Inucest, Inukik, Kogkag, Bankag, Elricest, Alwin, Zelgan.

❧ PAYMENT

🔸Payment is only via PayPal invoice, therefore, an email address must be provided.

🔸Payment must be made within 48 hours or the order will be cancelled. It is the client’s responsibility to send proof of payment in order for work to begin.

🔸Payments are non-refundable if you decide to cancel the commission before finishing the work, so please consider it before committing to a commission. All sketches and preview images from cancelled works can not be used in any way.

❧ WORK PROCESS

🔸 You must pay 50% of the total amount to start the work. You will receive a first sketch and you can request for all the changes needed.

🔸 Once the sketch is approved, you must pay the remaining 50% of the total amount to begin the final work. I will send you a preview of the finished lineart, you can request minor adjustments, if needed. Major changes to the drawing in the lineart stage may incur an extra charge fee.

🔸 Once the lineart is approved, I will proceed with the coloring. You will receive a preview of the finished coloring, and you can request color adjustments if needed.

🔸 You will receive an HQ file in 300DPI resolution.
